Our activities make a huge positive impact on the mental health of our participants. Access to creative arts activities improves self-esteem, general well-being, development and performance.

Music is processed by the same part of the brain associated with mood and emotions. Music can increase the production of dopamine, endorphin and serotonin which helps lift mood. This also helps blood flow more easily and reduces feelings of stress, anxiety and depression.

Music has been shown to stimulate memories and can also assist in pain management by competing with the signals produced in the brain. Music can improve sleep quality, mental alertness and memory.
